Our Pastor
Pastor Gable grew up in Kutztown,
Pennsylvania and was saved at the age of 27. His story
of meeting Christ and how God has changed him, preserved his marriage, and
used him since is a testimony of God's grace.He served as an assistant
pastor at Lehigh Valley Baptist Church in Emmaus Pennsylvania before
starting Haven Baptist Church in June of 1999.
Pastor Gable was raised in Topton Pennsylvania, USA. Prior to being
saved he graduated from Brandywine Heights High School in 1972 in Topton, Pennsylvania, USA.
After being saved in February of 1982 he felt the call of God to preach and
began his education at Lehigh Valley Baptist Bible Institute in Emmaus,
Pennsylvania, under the leadership of Pastor Doug Hammett. In June of 1994
he graduated from the institute and received a Bachelor of Theology from
Great Plains Baptist Graduate School of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, USA. In
November of 1994 he joined the staff of Lehigh Valley Baptist Church and
served for five years as an assistant pastor and youth pastor.
